The Opportunity
We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and successful sales individual that has passion for helping others succeed. You have a desire to develop your skills to create sales/customer success readiness solutions for FWI’s Revenue Organization.
You have a passion for teaching and education and will evaluate the existing global onboarding program to take it to the next level: Accelerate new hire ramp process, institutionalize how we talk about Four Winds as a platform, and partner with management to ensure revenue goals are being met. You love new challenges, embrace change and are comfortable navigating through ambiguity in a fast-moving sales culture.
Key Responsibilities
New Hire Bootcamp – Provide an outstanding onboarding experience for FWI|Poppulo sales and CS reps across multiple teams. Ensure each new sales team member is put in a position to succeed in multiple mediums (ie classroom, virtual, eLearning, coaching, video, on the job support)
Professional Development Support – Partner with Internal Learning & Development practitioners to share insights and co-facilitate
Program Iteration – Continue to update onboarding content as FWI continues to evolve our product offering in a fast-paced environment
Ongoing Effectiveness – Partner with Sales managers and Revenue managers to improve sales effectiveness strategies across Sales Development. Develop success metrics to measure onboarding effectiveness.
Assist with communications to the Revenue team and executive leadership.
Candidate Expertise Required
Design, develop, deliver and new hire bootcamp programs for the global revenue team: new hire onboarding, continuous training, skills workshops, application of new product enhancements and coaching.
Design new hire training curriculum that aligns with KPIs set forth by Sales Leadership
Deliver training curriculum as needed- new hire onboarding, weekly training sessions, ongoing advanced training.
Coaching new hire through call shadowing, role play, and performance reporting
Work closely with Sales Leadership to identify and plan for current/future training
Ensure that all new hires and current team have thorough knowledge of how we drive value for our prospects and customers: product, competitive landscape, customer stories, integrations, buyer roles
Become a subject matter expert in our internal sales tools
Ability to build credibility, influence, motivate, and inspire bright minds
