We help our clients interpret the data to guide their decisions surrounding the management of their risk portfolio.
As an Assistant Vice President youxe2x80x99ll provide actuarial reinsurance pricing and dynamic portfolio optimization support for our clients and prospects. Your line of business focus will be Personal lines Property (Cat and Non-Cat), Casualty, and Medical Malpractice.

The role encompasses a wide range of activities, including reinsurance pricing analysis, interaction with our Broking teams, client interaction as well as research projects. This broad-based introduction to the reinsurance sector will position you for significant future growth opportunities.

Day to day youxe2x80x99ll be:
- Conducting advanced actuarial analysis to develop comprehensive loss models for client businesses
- Estimating reinsurance pricing and designing optimal reinsurance structures aligned with client risk profiles and underwriting strategies
- Presenting analyses in a clear and concise manner tailored to diverse audiences
- Providing value-added service and exceptional support to clients
- Engaging in market research and development initiatives
- Collaborating with a team of talented professionals, including actuaries, catastrophe modelers, rating agency advisors, and capital markets associates

- Seek assistance / support as appropriate
Qualifications:
As a minimum requirement we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience; 5-10 yearsxe2x80x99 related experience
- ACAS or FCAS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and R and/or Python
- Moderate travel required, including some overnight travel.
- Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft and work outside of normal business hours as required.
