GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Human Resources Manager supports the Supervisor with the daily administrative functions of Human Resources including recruitment, terminations, performance management, and employee relations while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management. This position also will also be responsible for assisting with Corporate Training initiatives, as well as providing support in other areas of operations as directed.
