Responsibilities / Requirements:

• Marketing calls to potential clients
• Networking calls to real estate and banking professionals
• Manage local events
• Occasionally visit agency partners
• Development of advanced marketing and new partnerships
• Maintain our innovative and modern client acquisition strategies
• Inbound call handling
• Strong computer skills (must be able to type at least 40 wpm)
• Willingness for coaching and training
• Support Licensed Agents
• Willing to obtain an P&C insurance license within 6 months (Agency will guide & support)
• English & Spanish speaking is a plus
• A positive mindset, great critical thinking, take action, and opportunity seeking personality is REQUIRED.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
