Our core values are kindness, integrity, and quality- and we take those values seriously!What you’ll be doing: Successful Navigators work with a panel of 10-15 underserved Medicaid members, scheduling their appointments, driving them to and from in their own cars and making sure they receive their prescriptions, thereby improving their medical outcomes while conforming to Gellert Health procedures, and documenting all patient interactions as required in the highly regulated patient care workspace.Gellert Health provides a comprehensive training program in company rules and procedures. Following a month long of classroom training and job shadowing the newly qualified Navigator will understand Federal, HIPAA laws and regulations required in this work environment and be ready to navigate patients successfully.What we need from you:

• Full Time Role, Monday- Friday (8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch break)

• High School diploma or GED

• Must be 21 years old and have a current Arizona’s driver’s license with 39 months clear MVR, a four-door car, and auto insurance. Able to drive patients to and from appointments if necessary.

• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check. Note, any convictions will be evaluated based upon the conviction in relation to the job requirements. A criminal conviction is not necessarily a bar to employment.

• Experience in working with culturally diverse, chronically homeless, and medically vulnerable individuals, as well as in behavioral health services.

• Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills, and proficient typing skills.

• Bilingual – Spanish highly desirable not required.

Pay and Benefits: Starting Navigator Salary of $43,250 will increase as you progress to Lead Navigator and Senior Navigator.
