Description:
Support strategy and drive performance through all contact center sales team and deliver exceptional member experience
Position is responsible and accountable to assist in growing member base through member onboarding via blue button welcome calls and provisioning.
Identify new business development opportunities to grow our brands through safety & security or the connected customer product
Responsible to enhance process, advisor tools, incentive structures, scripting, aligns to marketing strategy
Work with cross functional teams and their leadership teams to help grow retention and reduce churn of our portfolio of products and services
Key Job Elements:
The onboarding advisor sales leader is accountable to business performance by enhancing call flows, scripting, advisor user experience, incentives, policies and influence retail offers that delivers the business results through the channel
Analyze sales performance and look for opportunities with data
Manage advisor sales incentives, structures and work with sites to improve performance
Responsible to support sites and respond to feedback
Lead operational defects in Operations Pet to ensure we are quickly responding to system, process, advisor opportunities
Initiate new opportunities, strategy, processes and incentive structures to exceed customer expectations
Data analysis to improve quality and sales metrics
Design and conduct pilot projects
Partner with Marketing and retail performance on new ideas opportunities
Job Responsibilities:
Analytical skills in order to find opportunities using data
Daily support of operational performance
Daily monitoring of call activity associated with assigned Line of Business (LOB)
Preparation of data in order to provide feedback on Advisor/Member experience
Analysis of Call Flow customer experience impacts
Project management in implementing special projects as the need arises
Perform quality reviews utilizing SQS, AQS and IPSOS scores.
Change management through C4
Work cross functionally with teams across OnStar.
Track key program metrics.
Prepare management reports and presentations.
Manage budget and outbound expenses

Basic Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in business, finance or marketing
3-5+ years of business experience
Power Point and Excel skills
Demonstrated project management skills
Ability to prioritize assignments and multi-task within restricted time constraints
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision on unstructured assignments
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to resolve issues under tight deadlines
Ability to work across a high matrixed organization

COMPENSATION: The median level of salary compensation for this role is 126,751.
BONUS POTENTIAL: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
