$5,000 sign on bonus
Pay is a combination of hourly rate and production bonuses with an expected total comp in the range of $50 – $60 per hour.

Qualifications:
Accredited Hygiene Technical School or College
Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, local certified anesthesia
