Get It Recruit – Hospitality Hiring for Scheduler – Remote | WFH at Denver, CO Full Time

We are a leading healthcare technology company seeking an exceptional Scheduler to join our team. As a Scheduler, you will serve as the main coordinator between our clinical staff and patients/health plan members. You will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls to schedule in-home or facility appointments.

In This Role, You Will

• Speak with customers by phone to schedule, remind, and follow up on clinical appointments
• Send text, email, or mail reminders to customers about upcoming appointments
• Add, cancel or make changes to appointments in our scheduling system
• Perform patient intake, including completing and filing necessary records
• Resolve appointment conflicts between staff and customers
• Help members with any questions about their relationship with us, products, or member platform
• Facilitate communication between patients and clinical teams
• Be available to assist members via phone, email, or chat
• Manage and update the customer CRM system
• Document details of patient/caregiver interactions
• Provide an excellent experience to boost member satisfaction

We Are Looking For Someone With

• A high school diploma
• Remote work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Call center experience
• A dedicated, quiet work area with reliable internet
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Empathy, compassion, and friendliness
• Excellent time management and organization
• Ability to work holidays and on-call as needed
