Responsibilities
Coordinate Excellence: Facilitate the seamless movement of shipments by coordinating with transportation providers.
Customer First: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, guiding them to the right channels for efficient resolution.
Precision Matters: Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
Go the Extra Mile: Make special shipping arrangements when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Track and Fix: Be on top of tracking and resolving shipping errors.
Billing Pro: Prepare bills and invoices accurately.
Budget Guru: Manage distribution and shipment budgets efficiently.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all services provided meet the highest standards.
Innovation: Develop processes that enhance supply chain efficiency and organization.
Ocean & Air Oversight: Monitor operational aspects of the Ocean & Air Department.
Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, and service providers.
