Showcase your expertise in correspondence protocol, whether it’s handling digital correspondence tracking systems or traditional paper packages.
Work independently and efficiently on various tasks, relying on your organizational skills and speed to deliver exceptional results even in the absence of specific instructions.
Uphold the utmost confidentiality, exercise discretion, and apply your exceptional problem-solving skills to various challenges.
Provide invaluable office front desk support, contributing to the smooth functioning of our team.
You’ll Thrive Here If You Have
Experience with NIH HR packages, travel, scheduling, ITAS, and procurement.
Familiarity with NIH systems like The Integrated Time and Attendance System (ITAS), Concur Government Edition (CGE), and NIH Enterprise Human Capital Management (EHCM).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to engage with team members effectively and comprehend their needs.
A well-organized approach, enabling you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while working independently.
A strong commitment to honesty, integrity, efficiency, and accuracy in everything you do.
A proactive and motivated attitude, making you a valuable team player dedicated to meeting business requirements.
The ability to adapt positively to change and embrace new programs, procedures, and practices with ease.
Proficiency in various Microsoft products (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), web browsers, Adobe Acrobat, and conference applications (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, Webex).
Exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills, making you a subject matter expert in proofreading and preparing office documents.
Impressive communication skills, both oral and written, allowing you to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
