General Responsibilities
Build expert knowledge of company products and services
Research information using available resources to satisfy client inquiries
Build rapport with clients by engaging in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner
Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries regarding appointments, assistance, invoicing, payments, etc.
Maintain daily recordings and log issues and resolutions in an electronic database
Provide support to the Operations Manager and professional team
Maintain and refine internal processes for maximum efficiency and productivity
Plan and orchestrate work to ensure workflow priorities are met
Manage professional and personal scheduling for the team
Perform administrative and office support tasks
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality
Organize team communications and plan events
Prioritize, manage, and complete all daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities related to the role
