Position: Human Resources Generalist

Are you a passionate Human Resources professional ready to make an impact? We are looking for a talented Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Xenia, Ohio. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our employees and business needs by excelling in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and labor law compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from crafting job descriptions to conducting interviews and providing recommendations.
Lead new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
Cultivate and strengthen our intern program through partnerships with local colleges and universities.
Serve as a resource for employees and management on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and state and federal labor laws.
Maintain HRIS and application tracking systems for Ohio-based employees.
Actively participate in our employee culture committee, contributing to company events and employee recognition initiatives.
Qualifications
Perform other HR-related duties as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Management.
3-5 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
Strong ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality, sound judgment, and discretion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Credible influencer with the ability to make effective recommendations.
Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
