As we are expanding and increasing our recruitments in the US, we would like you to join and help us to build and manage the HR administrative infrastructure for all US employees.
About the Role:
The HR Operations Admin will provide centralized human resource administration and support across a variety of processes to ensure the best experience for our US employees.
The HR Admin will be responsible for all HR functional areas for the US employees including drafting and finalizing the relevant employment law compliance contracts, ongoing maintenance of our payroll system (TriNet), compensation and benefits calculations, employee relations, wellbeing, and local communications. This position will partner closely with IL Human Resources and business and finance leaders to ensure the successful implementation of global initiatives and programs and in developing and delivering solutions to address local business challenges.
Partners with business leaders in the IL and US (HR, Finance, Operations, etc.) to develop talent strategies that address business challenges.
Partners with our legal counsels to ensures all locations comply with local employment laws.
Responsible for all site Admin needs and local budgets.
Responsible for all US employees’ contracts.
Handle the day-to-day employees’ requests/issues.
Handle and manage the employees’ expense reimbursement reports.
Create, manage, and maintain the required analysis for the payroll cycles/benefits/commissions.
Daily maintenance of our payroll system (TriNet).
Compensations and benefits calculations.
Responsible for ensuring regional policies, guidelines and programs align with business’ objectives and initiatives.
Actively maintains a pulse of the health of the organization across the region.
Champions activities that strengthen employee engagement and company culture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Master’s preferred.
2+ years of experience in the HR field in the US – A Must.
Experience with TriNet – A Must.
Experience in all facets of human resources including knowledge of recruitment processes, employee and organization development, benefit and compensation administration, employee relations, and legal compliance requirements.
Experience working with various internal and external technology platforms, to complete activities like generating reports and resolving queries.
Possesses a high sense of urgency and provides a strong level of professional service and follow-through in a confidential manner. High detail-orientation and commitment to quality work products delivered on time.
Strong data analysis skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, growth environment with a passion for solving problems while being resourceful; ensures completion of everything he/she starts.
Ability to understand and process information quickly.
Strong communication skills; a team player who demonstrates the ability to relate to employees at all levels of the Company and who is sensitive to cultural differences.
