Responsibilities:
Communicating with candidates and find out their interest.
Sending interview details to both interviewer (Recruiting Manager) and candidate, collecting feedback from candidates, and working with Recruiting Manager and recruiters to facilitate the interview process.
Manage interview scheduling activities for candidates through liaising between Candidates Recruiting manager.
Expertise in coordination with people and able to do Cold calling and follow-ups.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Able to make 100-150 calls to candidates and get their interest, follow-up and provide feedback to Recruiting Manager.
Someone having government or federal exp would be plus.
