Opportunity Overview
Globe Runner is seeking to build a relationship with an independent consultant who can support our
organization as an independent HubSpot B2B Email Marketer, on an as-needed basis.
The scope of work assignments will include hands-on configuration and administration of HubSpot
campaigns. This email marketing technical opportunity supports our digital marketing team members
who develop the strategic and tactical content strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects.
Your relationship to Globe Runner will be that of a freelancer, independent contractor, or B2B LLC, with
work opportunities created as needed and based on our clients’ growing demand for our services.

Your relationship to Globe Runner will be that of an independent contractor or freelancer with work
opportunities created based on client demand. As a HubSpot B2B Email Marketer, you will serve as a
contributing consultant focused on project-based digital marketing assignments.
Expected Scope of Work
The HubSpot B2B Email Marketer will,
Configure and administer HubSpot B2B campaigns
Configure workflows, sequences, and automation
Manage dynamic campaign and audience lists
Configure and administer workflow triggers
Administer audience management, including market segmentation
Craft headlines for outbound messaging (not copywriting) targeted to specific buyer personas
Own additional related HubSpot campaign management activities
In this role, you may also,
Participate in discovery conversations with clients to determine client goals, objectives, etc.
Present or oversee the presentation of concepts, proofs, and work products to client for approvals
Participate in ongoing client discussions related to strategy, audience segmentation,
communication plan, campaign metrics, etc., for projects in progress
Note: Specific statements of work, labor estimates, timelines, project budgets, etc. will be
discussed and approved in advance of beginning any project.

Required Professional Experience, Skills and Abilities
The HubSpot B2B Email Marketer is expected to have a comprehensive level of proficiency and
capability to be able to independently configure and implement complex HubSpot email marketing
projects. Therefore, the following professional experience, skills and abilities are expected to be valuable
for the successful delivery of services.
Experience
Successful prior experience with B2B email marketing campaigns
Prior experience and responsibility creating HubSpot marketing/advertising campaigns from initial
strategy to configuration and implementation in HubSpot
Prior successful experience with creating marketing headlines for targeting unique buyer personas
(not copywriting)
Prior successful experience with Account Based Marketing
Prior experience and knowledge of Data Analysis and Market Segmentation
Prior proven experience with email marketing concept development and implementation
Certifications
HubSpot certification(s) required
Technical Skills
Technical proficiency in HubSpot required.
The ideal candidate should also have technical proficiency with a wide variety of support tools, e.g.,
Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Able to perform Adobe mark-ups and edits of PDF files
Proficient with Internet-based research and use
Asana
Google Drive Suite
Professional Capabilities
Professional capabilities and prior experience in any of the following areas will be valuable for success,
Demonstrated proficiency working with a team of creative talent
Strong communication abilities with experience with B2B business audiences
Competency in all aspects of email marketing campaign strategy, design, development, and
implementation
Capable of using Project Management tools
Proficiency developing ideas for advertising or promotional campaigns
Prior experience monitoring the effectiveness and ROI of outbound marketing
Outstanding written and verbal professional communication skills are essential
Other Knowledge and Abilities
Understanding of the commercial aspects of an agency or marketing department
Understanding of creative strategy and frameworks used to create and deploy digital marketing
campaigns
Strong creative vision with an understanding of business (client) objectives
Ability to develop marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units
into clear and motivating creative strategies
Working knowledge of Corporate and Social Responsibility
Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing
A commitment to ongoing professional development in the areas of digital marketing, graphic
design, social media, etc.
