Qualifications:

· Strong analytical and organizational skills, with ability to effectively prioritize daily tasks and manage time efficiently.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to interface with multiple departments of the company effectively as well as external parties

· Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) required. Experience with Yardi Property Management software and Teams a plus.

· Prior experience in a related Commercial Real Estate field required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the process of/review of tenant billings for CAM, Insurance, Real Estate Taxes, Business Privilege, Utilities, and Miscellaneous Costs

• Annual/Quarterly CAM and Insurance Reconciliations
• Annual/Semi-Annual Real Estate Tax Reconciliations
• Rent Commencement Initial Billings/Initial Set-Up of CAM, Insurance, Real Estate Tax and Use and Occupancy Escrows
• Final Billings for Natural Lease Expirations, Early Lease Terminations, Assignments and Property Dispositions

• Manage the process of/review of tenant billing disputes for CAM, Real Estate Taxes, Business Privilege Taxes, Utilities, and Miscellaneous Costs
• Review of Lease Abstracting for CAM, Insurance, Real Estate Tax and Business Privilege Tax Tenant Billing Profiles
• Capital Project Recovery Analysis
• Monthly/Quarterly/Annual General Ledger Review
• Record journal entries & accruals, reconcile income, and document prepaid rent in industry specific software.
• Record acquisition, refinance and disposition transactions.
• Compile and analyze financial information in preparation for entry into various financial statement and accounting reports.
• Requires cash flow management to pay the property expenses and to predict the need for funding.
• Manage accounts receivable process including but not limited to: Cash application posting, A/R analysis and collection, A/R aging review, tenant correspondence regarding balances, and preparation of monthly A/R reports for upper management and owners.
• Manage accounts payable processing including but not limited to: A/P coding and posting, A/P aging review, vendor correspondence, and debt payments.
• Organize various tasks amongst multiple departments for acquisitions, dispositions, assignments, etc. This could include, but not be limited to prorations, final billings, journal entries recording said transactions and other tasks.
• Review and submit any documentation related to lender draws for construction and capital projects.
• Supervise a staff of at least 2-3 employees which could include accountants, clerks, and/or admins.
• Effectively communicate with Tenants, Vendors, Management and Owners.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management and Owners
