Our premier senior living company is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our Sales & Marketing team! This position requires sales experience in senior living as well as excellence in communication, coordination and presentation skills. Our properties offer luxury and premier amenities to residents seeking and elevated senior living experience. Therefore familiarity with ” the finer things in life” and ability to connect with sophisticated and refined individuals is a plus! Reports to the Executive Director and also participates in our MOD rotation.

Director of Sales & Marketing Responsibilities
- Scheduling, touring, closing and moving in new residents to the community
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain integrity of vacant units and models as well as the appearance, function and safety of the common areas.
- Ensure complete and accurate data entry into the CRM for all prospective resident communications
- Participate in the MOD rotation as required
- Ability to manage sales team
Director of Sales & Marketing Qualifications
- Bachelor’ s Degree Preferred but not required
- 3+ years sales experience – senior living or multi-unit housing preferred
- Technical proficiency with computers, CRM’ s (Customer Relationship Management Software) and social media marketing tools
- Great communication and organization skills
