General Manager Requirements:
- A true leader with the ability to build a great team
- Hands-on, in-the-trenches management style

- The ability to thrive in a high-volume ($3 million+) environment
- Minimum of 2-3 years of General Manager management experience
- Strong knowledge of the P&L – ability to manage all cost areas
