Marketing Specialist
Remote

GP Strategies, a world leading performance, learning services, and talent technology company, is sourcing for a Marketing Specialist as part of the corporate marketing team to develop, execute, and monitor B2B marketing programs supporting a combination of global industries and service lines with a primary focus on the leadership development business services. The individual will collaborate with sales and business leaders to spark brand growth and lead generation.
The ideal candidate should be able to drive multiple projects from goal setting through strategy and implementation, including but not limited to:
- Strategic consulting for internal clients
- Organic and paid campaign planning
- Content development and project coordination (for website, blogs, podcasts, webinars, email, case studies, videos, brochures, social media, etc.)
- Content writing
- Digital performance marketing
- Brand awareness advertising
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and coordinate with marketing, sales, delivery, and other teams across the organization to reach business goals.
- Partner with internal subject-matter experts (SMEs) to plan a regular cadence of public-facing thought leadership content.
- Develop and present comprehensive marketing strategies for one or more GP service lines, including products and services.
- Take in complex, specialized content from SMEs and repackage it to create simple, effective marketing messages that resonate with target audiences.
- Lead B2B campaigns from concept to completion that result in brand awareness and qualified lead generation, optimizing as needed.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to inform and adjust strategy.
- Curate and present regular reports to the marketing team and other groups within the organization.
- Support the company’s CRM platform by ensuring the quality of marketing data input.
- Complete individual tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Understanding of modern B2B marketing (brand building, sales support, and lead generation)
- Proven experience as a marketing professional—preferably with both products and services
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to operate in a virtual/remote work environment
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, or corporate communications
- Physical requirements/working conditions: virtual and/or office environment
- Strong content or copy writing skills preferred
- Experience with marketing, collaboration, and workflow platforms a plus (HubSpot, Asana, SharePoint)
- Experience with CRM systems (MS Dynamics a plus)
- Marketing automation, web analytics, content management system (WordPress, etc.), and/or SEO skills a plus
- Professional interest in corporate learning, leadership development training, and business consulting a plus
