I am currently working with a diversified agricultural and food processor who is actively seeking an individual with the level of experience for a Sr Talent Acquisition Manager opening in for their Western Region Facilities. This is a well-established and growing company that is one of the top 5 producers in their industry. The TA Manager role is a brand-new position due to the company’s recent growth.

The company is looking for someone with 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience within food manufacturing, agriculture, or related industries. The position offers a competitive salary range and bonus program.

Position Requirements:

• 3 years of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition; preferably in Agriculture or Food Manufacturing
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies for multiple locations (OR, UT and CO)
• Manager multiple open positions as one time with in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication both written and verbal
• Proficient in project management with the use of an applicant tracking system
• Bilingual(English/Spanish)
