The HR Admin Clerk job includes; job posting, screening, scheduling, interviewing, hiring/onboarding processes, as well as, outside recruiting. The Recruiter needs to be able to talk to candidates over the phone or in person and not be content with email. Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal clients, colleagues, vendors, trade organizations, schools and other team members to create partnerships that yield a pipeline of key talent. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the recruiting process with candidates and serving as a friendly face of the company
Recruits and sources qualified candidates through a variety of different sources and methods.
Coordinates with hiring managers on hiring needs
Communicates proactively via phone, email, and text.
Provides status updates throughout the selection process using the ATS system
Reviewing resumes, conducting prescreens, arranging interviews
Qualifications:
1 + years of previous recruiting experience is required
Excellent interpersonal skills, oral, and written communication skills, and professional presence
