Primary Job Responsibilities
The primary job responsibility of the general ledger accountant is to complete the monthly financial reports for 10-15 properties. The general ledger accountant will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all transactions and financial reports in the accountant’s portfolio.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Qualifications: Practical experience required, at least three to five years in the industry in a position of similar responsibilities, supervision experience a plus. Bachelor’s Degree is a plus. Must speak and write English fluently to communicate effectively. Rent Roll experience a plus.
Benefits:
Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 DOE
