Primary responsibilities will be focused on recruitment (sourcing, applicant flow, ensuring reasonable time to fill, on-boarding), and employee relations. Additional responsibilities may include benefit administration and risk management. The role will assist managers with their employees, interpretation of personnel policies, training and other operational and administrative duties.
Duties & Responsibilities:

· Partner with operators to determine the best sourcing/recruiting strategies for full-time, part-time, intern & seasonal staff
· Work to provide/organize/edit on-boarding paperwork to ensure compliance and convenience
· Track & prepare metrics that illustrate sourcing/recruiting effectiveness
· Creatively determine how best to “mine” for candidates for our various openings
· Assists managers with employee relations matters (conflict resolution & morale enhancement)
· Participate on committees and special projects and seek additional responsibilities.
· May assist payroll in updating payroll related records and distribution of payroll checks.
· Assists with “live-on” housing, to include assignment of housing units, periodic dorm checks and acting as backup liaison for team.
· Enters/updates employee data into ADP and other HRIS related or tracking systems.
· Assists in investigations, complaint intake, as needed
· Answers routine inquiries and performs public contact duties involving the collection, verification, and/or dissemination of human resources information.
· May assist with daily/monthly benefits processing, enrollment, COBRA administration, terminations, etc. (Also to include benefit bill reconciliation)
· Conducts research and prepares a variety of statistical and administrative reports.
· Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
· Four year college degree in a related field desirable
· 1 -2 years of Human Resources experience, with a particular focus on recruiting.
· HRIS experience highly preferred
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· PC skills to include Microsoft software suite
· Requires ability to maintain confidentiality
· Willingness to work varied hours, periodic holidays
· Ability to stand, and, walk, 4 to 5 hours at a time, climb stairs, reach, and bend.
· This position also requires basic computer knowledge for report tasks, which would require good manual dexterity.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
