HR Manager/Project Coordinator
Job Description: Greenwired is a quickly growing solar company with shops in Redway and Eureka, California. We are seeking an HR professional who will help with project coordination and assist in administrative support within our growing operations. As head of Human Relations the job recipient will be responsible for new hire research and onboarding in accordance with direction from the GM and ownership. This roll will be responsible for making sure that the company is up to date with all state and federal employment guidelines associated with the type of business Greenwired is involved including: DIR, OSHA, Workers Comp, Etc.). Besides being a direct conduit between staff, management and ownership regarding employee needs and concerns; the head of HR will be responsible for scheduling team building activities and training to help build a cohesive culture of safety, knowledge and respect amongst team members. Scheduling and fulfilling employee reviews and accountability metrics will also fall under the direction of the HR Dept. As we are a small, but growing company, other duties will also fall under this roll. As project coordinator you will responsible for a variety of office management and administrative duties which may include: building permit application filings, Processing Net Energy Monitoring (NEM) applications with Utility provider for customers, overseeing and updating data in CRM and project management software, accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer relations management, scheduling, managing company social media, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with excellent organizational skills, good computer and software knowledge, and ability to undertake a variety of office support tasks. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail, multi-tasking, and prioritizing according to project timelines. (Reports to: General Manager)

After 90 Days:
