What You’ll Do
Maintain employee records to ensure they are compliant and up-to-date.
Manage administrative portion of the onboarding process and employee, including creating employee files, scheduling onboarding sessions, running background checks, hosting preliminary calls, and serving as a primary point of contact for new hires.
Manage administrative portions of the offboarding process, including moving files to terminated folders, deactivating accounts, and scheduling exit interviews.
Help with employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits etc needs and/or direct them to the right teams
Assist with Form I-9 completion and other work authorization documents for employees
Assist with HR team administrative tasks, including scheduling and general admin-related tasks.
Assist with various HR projects, performance reviews, internship programs, learning programs, benefits roll-out

What We’re Looking For
0 – 1 years of experience in an HR function
BA preferred, ideally with studies in Human Resources or Business Administration
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Passion for people; enthusiastic, can-do attitude
Excellent proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation
The salary range for this role is expected to be $65,000-$80,000. Other compensation for the role includes equity, a generous PTO policy and health, vision & dental insurance.
