Job Duties:

• Execute tasks as instructed by the Project Manager.
• Build masonry structures including but not limited to decorative walls, retaining walls, veneer, field stone walls, patios with engineered pavers and natural stone, staircases, counters and outdoor kitchens and fire pits.
• Mix various forms of concrete, mortar and grout.
• Cut and chisel various forms of stone and concrete.
• Operate various tools and equipment, including: heavy equipment, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc.
• Ensure that all work activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, and that fellow crew members are in compliance with government and company PPE standards.
• Attend all required safety, skill and leadership development trainings.
• Assist in the day to day training and development of fellow crew members.
