Responsibilities
- Assist in training, developing, and motivating the service technicians and monitor their performance.
- Stay up to date on product changes and new products.
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, coworkers and vendors
- Provide excellent customer interaction and service.
- Ensuring and maintaining production. Monitor production and implementing process and procedures to increase productivity.
- Forecast goals and objectives for the shop and devise and implement a business plant to meet them.
- Quality assurance of work performed/delivered.
- Ensure a safe and productive operation through proper implementations and administration of company policies and procedures.
- Monitor the training requirements of the Manufacturer to ensure that the shop is in compliance with all requirements.
- Hold shop meeting to review policies and processes with Technicians.
- Coordinate and communicate with Manufacture engineering and technical support to ensure the Manufacturer is aware of issues and the store is following the latest repair processes.
- Hire, train and retain Technicians for long term success.
- Other duties may be assigned by management
Qualifications
- Five years GM experience.
- GM training certification must meet minimum of Certified Level with High Voltage certifications
- Computer skills with being versatile with CDK, Microsoft office. (word, excel).
- Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
- Great attitude with high-energy personality.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
- Must be able to keep up with a high pace work environment while keeping a high standards of quality
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
- Must have strong leadership qualities with a “team player” attitude
