Childcare Recruiters is a brand new line of business and operates under Grow Your Center. As such, your role will be a work in progress and I would love your thoughtful input, patience, and perseverance throughout our new journey.
You’ll be well supported with resources, training, mentoring, and tools you’ll need to crush this job. We’re hoping for a long, exceptionally fulfilling working relationship together!

RESPONSIBILITIES
Search for top talent on Indeed, NEXXT, and other recruiting platforms.
Set up first-round interviews for our clients.
Communicate weekly with each client with updates during the hiring process.
Come up with creative ideas to pique the interest of potential candidates.
Suggest improvements to our interview process and how to manage it better.
Attend your candidate interviews (Zoom) and take notes.
Occasional side projects with other team members.
