Job Description:
The HR Business Partner is responsible for providing business-focused HR consultation, guidance and support on all stages of the employee lifecycle to assigned functions or departments within the organization. This position assists employees and managers with Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Safety & Compliance, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement and Compensation & Benefits. It is critical for success that the individual proactively communicate, identify, recommend and implement realistic and culturally appropriate solutions to business challenges involving people and process. This position works with management to achieve company, department and individual performance goals by supporting a culture of commitment and accountability.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences
Strong decision-making ability and consistently demonstrates sound judgment
Ability to position self as credible and influence without authority
Consistently meet deadlines, manage projects and initiatives to completion
Prioritizes effectively and balances both tactical/transactional and high impact activities
Knowledge of Federal, State and local laws, including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, LOA and Wage & Hour
Ability to manage conflict, deliver constructive feedback while maintaining calm & collected demeanor
Maintain as well as model the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism
Partners collaboratively and places a premium on team success over individual accomplishments
Understands organizational goals and aligns HR initiatives to enable high performance
Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Pay Range: $80,000.00 – $130,000.00
