What You Will Do:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic consulting services to our national security and federal law enforcement clients. The Strategy & Human Capital Manager will collaborate with clients to identify and analyze business problems and develop solutions that drive positive results.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to identify business problems and develop solutions

• Conduct research, analyze data and create reports to provide insights and recommendations

• Develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met

• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the engagement

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

What You Will Need:

• Active Top Secret Clearance

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with eight (8) year or more years of consultant experience. Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has ten (10) or more years of experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
