As a Business Partner you will support the Director, People Business Partner in delivering talent management activities, employee relations support, and performance management solutions across multiple Guidewire revenue functions.

You will help to facilitate and/or execute the following talent management activities throughout the year:

You are the first point of contact to our manager & employee community. While working in a COE environment as a critical partner to our COEs (Recruiting, DEI, Employee Experience, Learning & Development, Talent Rewards & Compensation, etc.). You ensure their programs and practices are supported, understood, and adopted by your client groups.

You will directly be accountable to complete talent management activities, employee relations and performance management support for frontline and mid-management across your client group.

In supporting the Director, People Business Partner you will be consistently sharing client group needs, talent management concerns, you observe with them.

Collaborate with Recruiting & People Team members across the globe in a positive and proactive way

What you will do

• Serve as trusted advisor and partner with leaders to establish plans and deliver solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
• Along with our other People Partners, lead talent management and succession planning strategies and processes to develop world-class talent.
• Analyze data, understand trends, and develop proactive solutions to further support business objectives
• Provide leadership to the team and support including coaching, mentoring, and professional development for Guidewire employees
• Assist with the co-creation, communication and rollout of new people programs and policies that enhance the employee experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align our culture and performance with our rewards and retention strategies.
