We currently have an opening for an Export Customer Service Representative! This position is based in our Seattle, WA
The Export Customer Service Representative’s responsibility is to ensure customers receive the best export services possible by processing booking requests, and handles customer related inquiries concerning the movement of their cargo.
Position Duties:
- Taking international bookings and handling global customer related activities working with Accounts.
- Provide customers with accurate and timely cargo rates.
- Assist with EDI bookings to terminal.
- Receive approvals for hazardous materials to ensure cargo is handled properly.
- Ensures all information is accurately documented in booking system.
You will gain knowledge in:
- International Trade
- Different facets of the Ocean Supply Chain (Export, Import, Documentation, Customs, HAZMAT, etc.
