What will you do?
Administer new hire onboarding process from start to finish utilizing platforms such as DocuSign, Heartland Hire, Paylocity, Paycom, ADP, etc. while keeping the client and the HR Consultant in the communication loop.
Order and track background checks & drug screens for client’s new hires.
Assist in recruiting functions such as placing job ads, screening resumes, performing phone screens and scheduling interviews.
Administer termination paperwork for clients exiting employees as needed.
Provide DocuSign expert support by creating templates, maintaining, and updating templates, troubleshooting problems, sending group envelopes, etc.
Seek ways to improve and streamline HR processes and procedures utilizing and maximizing technological options available.
Assist in proofreading, printing, and delivering Employee Handbooks, Safety plans or any other necessary materials a Consultant may need.
Assist with annual updates to client materials such as Employee Handbooks, new hire packets, labor law posters, forms, and brochures.
Perform administrative audits, such as I9 audits or personnel file audits for clients.
Create organizational charts and flow charts utilizing the Lucid Chart system.
Perform inventory on office and break room supplies and order supplies as needed.
Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training. This may include safety training and anti-harassment training.
Creates, prints, tracks Sexual Harassment training certificates.
Creates Excel spreadsheets assisting in the tracking process of necessary client documentation.
Runs compensation surveys as needed.
Assists in creating job descriptions as needed.
Assists the President/Owner of the company on administrative, organizational duties.
What skills do you need to have?
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of tasks provided to you
Ability to work with multiple consultants and prioritize tasks
Quick learner and comfortable learning a variety of new software’s
Strong attention to detail and ability to easily adaptable
Previous experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience using DocuSign or Sign Now is a plus.
HR experience or knowledge a plus
