Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Compensation Consultant you will provide consultation and guidance to the business on compensation issues and strategy. Successful Consultants will have the ability to navigate through Excel, base compensation design experience and HRIS or Comp system background.
What you will do in this role:
You will manage key project engagements
Collaborate with team members, Field Compensation Directors, other Lines of Business, and vendors on broad-based compensation projects
Perform and direct complex analytics
You will assist with the evaluation of new or complex roles, ad-hoc projects, and field support
What qualifications you will need:
Bachelors Degree is required
Master’s degree would be helpful
PHR and/or CCP certification is highly preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation experience
3 or more years of experience in Healthcare, general industry and consulting experience would be helpful
