TITLE: Bilingual (Portuguese) Medical Receptionist
PROGRAM: Martha’s Vineyard Sexual & Reproductive Health
HOURS: Part-time 30 hours per week, including evenings
SALARY: $24.50 per hour
BENEFITS: Health, Dental, Vision, 403B Retirement, Paid Time Off, etc.
DUTIES: Under the supervision of the Director of Practice Management, the Medical Receptionist will provide patient-focused care and perform reception and front desk duties, including:
REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma; fluent in both Brazilian Portuguese and English; prior experience providing medical office reception and support; demonstrate excellent customer service skills including a cheerful, professional demeanor, calm, diplomacy, and excellent phone and communication skills; demonstrate excellent computer and organizational skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Medical reception certificate, experience preparing insurance billing claims for submission.
