Responsible for Transformation Office (aka Pebble Project) financial reporting including actual spend, variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Assists with the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Assists with preparation of financial forecasts in conjunction with the quarterly calendar and the strategic planning process. Assists with the annual administrative expense allocation model. Assists with annual data collection for administrative expense and operational metric benchmarking surveys. Act as a technical liaison through the completion of ongoing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements. Individual must be able to understand, maintain, and implement changes within the financial software from an advanced-level technical perspective.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads Transformation Office financial reporting, including:
Assist with monthly administrative expense variance analysis, including BPR comment analysis, assisting in forecast discussions with functional departments, and identifying/analyzing spending trends.
Administrative Budget and Forecast duties:
Revenue and Medical Expense budget and forecast duties:
Assist with maintenance of the Axiom Financial System:
Making needed corrections or updates to the Production environment.
Updating or correcting existing reports as needed.
Complete data extractions via data mining.
Continuous learning to become an expert in the budget, rolling forecast, and report modules.
Assist with the completion of the annual administrative expense allocation model. Process includes annual survey of departments to obtain information for allocating departmental costs.
Assist with gathering and submitting all administrative expense and operational metrics data for benchmarking surveys. Also responsible for analyzing completed surveys for any outlier benchmarks.
Maintain a focus on process improvement with implementing efficiencies and changes as needed or recommended.
Maintain a focus on continual learning and attend internal and external education sessions.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
