Heritage New York Medical, PC is a small business in HEALTH_CARE_MEDICAL. We are professional, fast-paced, rewarding and our goal is to Provide wellness focused care to patients by a collaboration of NPs, PharmDs, LCSWs, Patient Engagement Specialists, and Coordinators. .

Responsibilities:
– Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
– Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
– Process payroll and benefits administration, including data entry and updating employee information in HR systems such as Dayforce, Oracle, Workday, iCIMS, Ceridian, and SAP.
– Assist with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
– Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management and employee development.
– Provide support in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including OSHA requirements.
– Assist with HR reporting and data analysis.
Skills:
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
– Excellent attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping.
– Proficiency in HR systems such as Salesforce, Dayforce, Oracle, Workday, iCIMS, Ceridian, or SAP.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
– Knowledge of administrative procedures and best practices.
