Forklift Service company is looking for a Parts Manager. Our Parts Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of the Parts department operations and departmental profitability. The Parts manager must endeavor to always provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. Industry knowledge a must. Parts Management experience is preferred.

Major Duties:

• Monitor current customer base and recommend strategies to attain more clients and ensure an optimal level of customer satisfaction.
• Determine Parts sales objectives and targets.
• Prepare monthly and annual forecasts, sales plans, targets, and evaluate activities for the department.
• Develop effective parts processes for both internal and external customers, maintain inventory and coordinate with various vendors to obtain all discounts.
• Identify and resolve all issues in the parts department and ensure achievement of all short- and long-term objectives.
• Design various merchandising strategies and monitor inventory of all physical parts and oversee all return processes for parts.
• Maintain all warranty claims and assist in all changes.
• Maintain appropriate parts inventory, and special order tracking and follow-up.
• Manage all purchase orders and resolve any discrepancy for all purchase orders, coordinate with vendors for all shipping delays.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a courteous and professional manner.
• Learn, understand, and utilize the company’s operating system and its programs to facilitate customer transactions, product research, and inventory maintenance practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to accept and follow directions.
• Demonstrate a willingness to work, CAN do attitude.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability and willingness to obtain a motorcycle endorsement are preferred.
• Background check required.

Physical Demands:

• Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach and lift up to 75 lbs.

Education:

• High school or equivalent

Experience:

• Prior Parts management experience of 3+ years

Schedules will be full time and we offer competitive pay that is determined by experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
