The Manager of Human Resources will have oversight of employee/labor relations, coaching of staff and leaders, recruiting and talent acquisition, implementation of policies and procedures related to employee license/certification, and employee work authorization regulations, the human resource budget, payroll and time cards. The HR Manager is responsible for ensuring all human resource and employee health functions are timely and effective. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.
