- Greeting Customers in the office
- Scheduling vehicle estimates and repairs
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting, siling and sending mail
- Answering phones calls
- Taking and delivering messages
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly
- Assist with providing the front office teammates with the necessary support
- Taking down customer information accurately and taking photos of vehicle damage
- Help deliver vehicle to and from our alignment shop or pick up a customer
- Hours Monday to Friday 12;30 to 5:30 pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver’s License (Preferred)
