ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function of the job.
Maintain and monitor expense data base for relevant costing information.
Determining fixed costs, plan and record variable costs (to include purchases of raw materials and operations costs).
Assist in the period-end close process.
Report company sales, production, inventory metric data on a weekly basis.
Analyze and review standard and actual costs for variances and report variances to management for decision making purposes.
Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
Review and analyze inventory and margin reports, conduct research and perform analytical studies in regards to cost analyses and profitability.
Analyze actual manufacturing costs and prepare reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
Analyze variances on a monthly basis.
Analyze changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided to determine effects on costs.
Perform ad-hoc reporting for management and staff as required.
Perform daily processing of manufactured goods’ service fees, and monthly manufactured goods reporting.
Assist with audit preparation, such as creating audit work-papers and retrieving data as requested.
Adhere to established company values, practices, policies and procedures at all times. Follow and support compliance with all applicable safety rules, laws, regulations, and standards.
Demonstrate regular and punctual attendance at the assigned work location.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
An individual qualified for this job must be able to:
Operate a computer – PC proficiency; use Microsoft products to efficiently perform required tasks.
Understanding of relational databases and the ability to query various data via various business analytic tools.
Think logically and creatively, with a willingness to innovate and look for opportunities to increase productivity without reducing effectiveness.
Ask detailed questions and demonstrate a strong desire to produce accurate data.
Work well under pressure.
Effectively and respectfully communicate with co-workers, team members, and customers.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business required; Accounting degree preferred.
At least 3-5 year’s related work experience required.
