Responsibilities:
As an HRIS Assistant with Hines, you will support Workday and other HR systems with general administrative support. This position will have a focus on confidentiality, data integrity, and special projects (as assigned). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain discretion in matters of confidentiality
- Answer phones/email, forward accurate and detailed messages and, assist employees/Managers with personnel transaction questions
- Manage department invoicing and payments
- Manage shared email box and Help desks tickets for HR and Benefit inquires
- Workday transaction administration
- Unemployment Verification and Verification of Employment – verbal and written
- Conduct review and first-line audits of Workday data to preserve its integrity and accuracy.
- Create and maintain self-service documents.
- Create and maintain Workday structure.
- May generate confidential files and reports.
- Maintain department supply and technology inventory.
- Complete special projects to support assigned area.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred.
- One or more years’ professional experience preferred.
- Demonstrate strong initiative and customer service orientation.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and written.
- Maintains a high level of professionalism, integrity, trust, and confidentiality.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheets
