Hiram College is seeking applications for the position of Graduate Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach. The successful candidate will be actively involved in the recruitment, retention, and day-to-day operations of the Hiram College women’s soccer program. Hiram College is a member of the North Coast Athletic Conference and NCAA Division III. This is a two-year position starting August 1, 2022.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to: Assist the head coach with all facets of training, recruiting, and retention for the Hiram College women’s soccer program. The successful candidate will also gain experience in supporting the head coach with planning and supervising practice, as well as potentially sideline coaching at competitions.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree and the ability to be accepted into our Graduate Program is required. Prior experience as a collegiate soccer player and previous coaching experience is desirable. Exceptional attention to detail, well-developed interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships in a highly diverse college community. Applicant must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented office environment and interact in a positive manner with students, faculty, staff, visitors, and the public.
