Provide positive and courteous customer service at the reception desk and patient scheduling services. A member who answers the phones, schedules patients, collects co-payments, and greets patients.

Essential responsibilities include answers phone calls with proper telephone etiquette, schedule/confirm patient appointments, perform all necessary paperwork (i.e. new patient packet and registration, referrals, health history and other questionnaires necessary), checks patients in and out perform operator/messaging duties, collect all co-payments and past due balances on date of service, performs registration, medical records including scanning records, insurance verification, performs other duties as assigned

A high school diploma or GED is required. In addition, candidates should have two years of medical office experience in a medical office setting. Must be patient/customer service focused and be able to carefully manage sensitive and confidential information. Proficiency in MS Office and other medical databases required. Must be able to multi task.

Experience in a medical office setting with previous receptionist and patient services experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour
