Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm with Additional Hours as Needed
Manages: HR Administrator/Executive Assistant
Location: Owatonna – Bridge Street

Function:
Manage Human Resources (HR) practices, processes, and strategies. Ensure that HR functions are uniformly applied, operate within the policies and guidelines established, and comply with regulations. Areas of responsibility include staff recruitment and retention, employee relations, compensation and benefit programs, staff development and training, and regulatory compliance relative to HR.
