The Director of Human Resources is responsible for leading the enhancement of Human Resources by planning, developing, organizing, implementing, directing, and evaluating the organization’s human resource function, including the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, benefits and compensation, employee relations, employment law and compliance.
Significant time in this role will be spent managing, executing, and implementing plans and strategies under the direction of the VP of Operations and collaborating with Team Members across the company by providing expertise and making recommendations.
The Director of HR will be frequently monitoring regulations and market trends to ensure that HR programs, policies, and approaches are leading practices, relevant, and legal. This individual must be a role model by actively displaying behaviors that reflect company mission, vision, and values.
