You will provide HR support within Intelligrated Supply Chain organization byproviding HR Leadership of the Arlington, Texas location while partnering withcross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services. You will activelyengage in staffing, organizational development, talent management and HR siteactivities. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align criticalhuman resources principles with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Workforce Planning and Staffing for the hourly (non-union) population and salaried positions that support the day-to-day operation of the facility
• Align cross functionally with the business, site leadership team and human resources steak holders to drive business plans forward
• Own the Daily Management Operating System for Human Resources Metrics that includes staffing, turnover, HR standard process adherence
• Act as a representative of the site leadership team and stakeholder for key decisions made at the site
• Be the main champion to help lead employee relations and engagement process and activities at the site in partnership with managers

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s Degree
• A minimum of 2 years working in a Human Resources role
