Essential Functions:
Posts internal positions to applicant tracking system for internal employees and external candidates
Tracks job postings in applicant tracking system and compares to internal job posting list to ensure accuracy.
Works with HR Supervisor to make the official Employment Offer to selected applicant
Ensures all required paperwork and testing is complete and acceptable prior to an employee’s first day of employment
Reviews the Honnen Intranet HR Tab and Paylocity Employee Self Service portal at least quarterly to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate as an employee resource
Complete Human Resource Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) related to position
Oversees the completion of all verification of employment requests
Cover receptionist, phones and front desk acting as backup for receptionist daily to cover lunch, and as needed
Update Organizational Chart Monthly.
Manage Honnen University; content and field questions.
Conduct 30 day check-ins with new hires
Assist in tracking monthly and quarterly incentives to prepare for entry in payroll system
Update phone list on a weekly basis
Complete projects timely and follow up on results.
Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and customers with a constant commitment towards teamwork and superior customer service.
Other duties as assigned by HR Supervisor
Qualifications:
High School Graduation or GED preferred
2+ years administrative experience in an office setting
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:ยท
Strong attention to detail, self-starter
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confidential and professional
Microsoft application skills, to include Word, Excel and Power Point
Physical Effort:
Generally not required
Compensation: $22.00 – $24.00 DOE
