About the Role
Hopscotch Health has an immediate opening for a passionate and mission-driven, Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will lead, design, implement and execute creative and effective recruiting strategies to meet current and future business needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for filling simultaneous requisitions by utilizing creative active and passive candidate sourcing techniques and strategies. You will serve as the recruiting subject matter expert, consulting with hiring managers and other company stakeholders to navigate the complexities of the recruiting process.
This role is remote-based but will require local travel to clinic-level markets in Western North Carolina and conferences and events as needed.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute creative and impactful strategies to identify, source and attract high quality candidates
Convey the Hopscotch mission with passion and conviction to attract and retain top talent
Manage an assigned req load and execute recruitment process and life-cycle from start to finish to include applicant sourcing, resume review, phone screens, coordinating interviews, negotiations, and offers
Serve as subject matter expert and main point of contact for Greenhouse applicant tracking system
Act as a consultant to multiple partners regarding recruitment, sourcing, staffing forecasting, talent planning, diversity and internal movement
Work in partnership with a variety of internal partners, hiring managers and external vendors to meet Hopscotch’s talent needs
Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies and conduct candidate sourcing for assigned roles by leveraging multiple sourcing channels to identify and attract top talent
Provide best-in-class recruitment experience for your candidates and assigned internal partners throughout the hiring process
Collaborate with Head of Talent Acquisition to develop and execute creative and strategic recruitment marketing action plans that convey the Hopscotch mission, leverage and create brand excitement, attract “best in class” talent and promote Hopscotch as an employer of choice (includes print collateral, social media content, job postings, etc.)
Participate in recruitment events including virtual, campus conference events and job fairs
Partner with Human Resources, Credentialing, IT, and other internal stakeholders on employee onboarding to ensure effective and seamless process
Meet defined recruiting metrics and KPIs including quality, cost, cycle time, etc.
Participate in special projects as required
About You
2+ years of experience as an exceptional, full-cycle Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter role, in a high-growth, fast paced healthcare setting
Proven proficiency in developing creative and effective sourcing strategies utilizing multiple channels
Proven success in developing, communicating, and presenting a compelling employer brand to attract top candidates in a market or field where need outpaces available talent
Deep knowledge of Greenhouse or other applicant tracking system (ATS): Posting open requisitions, tracking candidate activity, and maintaining 100% compliance with required data fields
Well-developed team skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience, confidence, and presence to effectively handle interpersonal relationships and sensitive HR issues
