Job Summary:
HQ Aero is currently recruiting for Human Resources Recruiting Sourcer (Contract) in BRIDGEPORT, WV
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Human Resources Recruiting Sourcer to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business need recruit the right talent, enhance staff performance, support employee development, enhance recruitment efforts, plan strategic HR initiatives, manage HR consultants, running orientation and onboarding processes, communicating role expectations, designing succession plans, maintaining staff relations, managing internships, updating policies and practices, and overseeing wellness and health initiatives. Your experience in human resources management will aid our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with candidates via telephone and email.
Process incoming resumes.
Type resumes.
Schedule interviews.
Update database.
Assist with prescreening candidates.
Assist with the onboarding process.
Assist with compliance (background checks, pre-employment drug tests, E-Verify)
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Office Administration or Human Resources preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in recruiting is preferred.
Must have good oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to schedule and organize effectively to satisfactorily complete assigned tasks and functions.
Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work effectively and contribute to a team environment and independent work.
Criminal Background Check & Compliant to FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
